I thought of conflict but uninstalled all hp files and reinstalled using the hp installation package. I got a connected 6700 office jet last week worked very well at work, then bought this 6600. I tried the HP printer and troubleshooting scanner recognizes the printer but when you select scan murky flat also on drivers.
